Pierre brilliantly leads a leadership coaching program that has supported our large management team at Logient for a year now. He succeeded in opening our eyes to our management practices and behaviors, with a perfectly balanced toolbox of theoretical notions and practical activities, alone or in a team. During these coaching sessions, laughter, tears and a range of emotions are present and take us on a journey through ourselves.
